Irish Muldowney is a seasoned hospitality veteran working and living in the South Florida area. She is an animal rescue enthusiast and often fosters pet’s in need of good homes. Irish is a strong supporter of the Miami Dolphin’s football team and if she is not on her yoga mat, she is probably at the Dolphin Stadium in Miami, FL.

Irish began her yoga journey in 2015 and quickly became fully immersed in the teachings of Vinyasa.  She discovered the practice of yoga to be a powerful catalyst for her spiritual, physical and mental growth both on and off the mat.

Through Namastacy Yoga Corporation’s® partnership with Raw Jūce, Irish met the Founder of NamaStacy, Corbin, who has been an instrumental mentor and friend in the practice of Vinyasa flow. Irish describes the practice of yoga as a means to center herself and fully aware herself in the present moment. Yoga provides her a path towards more physical fitness and mental clarity and she is excited to continue the practice of Vinyasa and other activities that this Scholarship to Evolution Yoga Coconut Creek can provide.  Thank you, NamaStacy for paying it forward!
